Heraklion: also known as Iraklio, is a port city and the capital of the Greek island of Crete. It’s known for the Palace of Knossos, just outside the city. The huge archaeological site dates back thousands of years to the Minoan civilization, and includes frescoes and baths.

Day 1Home Destination – Prague

Arrive Prague International Airport and after clearing Customs Check in Hotel. Later we proceed for City Tour of this wealth of Gothic and baroque architecture perhaps inspired Dvorak and Smetana both Prague composers. The sightseeing features landmarks such as Hradcany Castle, The Cathedral of St. Vitus, Later Proceed for river cruise through Prague which is one of the quickest and most relaxing ways to see some of Prague´s most famous sights. Relax on deck and enjoy breathtaking views of the famous Prague Castle, Vysehrad and the National Theatre from a different perspective without the hassle of the jostling crowds. Overnight in Prague.

Day 2Prague

After breakfast at the hotel. we proceed for Orientation City Tour including The Astronomical Clock, the Old Town Square and the romantic Charles Bridge.Charles Bridge is one of the most visited sights in the whole of the Czech Republic. It is the oldest stone bridge in Prague and the second oldest in the Czech Republic which have survived until today. The bridge was named after its founder, Charles IV. who had it built in the middle of the 14th century at a place of its predecessor, the Judith Bridge. The construction of the bridge was entrusted to only 27 year old architect Peter Parler. It was completed at the beginning of the 15th century. we take a later time free for shopping to buy Bohemian crystals and other Czech specialties. Overnight in Prague.

Day 3Prague – Vienna (292 Kms)

After having morning breakfast we proceed for Vienna the capital of Austria, lies in the country’s east on the Danube River. Its artistic and intellectual legacy was shaped by residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud. The city is also known for its Imperial palaces, including Schoenbrunn. Arrive and Check in Hotel. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 4Vienna (City Tour)

After breakfast we proceed to See Ringstrasse Boulevard with its prestigious buildings such as the Vienna State Opera, Hofburg Palace (former residence of Habsburg emperors), Houses of Parliament, City Hall, National Theatre and University. Later proceed to Visit Schonbrunn palace Imperial Tour, On the Imperial tour of 22 rooms you can explore the lavish splendor of the Grand Gallery, the Far Eastern charm of Chinese cabinets, but also the amazing modesty with the Emperor Franz Joseph let equip its private apartments. Day 5Vienna – Budapest (243 Kms)

After breakfast, proceed to Budapest, Hungary’s capital, It is bisected by the River Danube, and the 19th-century Chain Bridge connects its hilly Buda district with flat Pest. A funicular runs up Castle Hill to Budapest’s Old Town, where the Budapest History Museum traces life from Roman times onwards. Trinity Square is home to 13th-century Matthias Church and the turrets of the Fishermen’s Bastion, which offer sweeping views. Arrive at Budapest Twin cities of Buda and Pest. Day 6Budapest (City Tour)

After having morning breakfast we proceed for city tour including Buda Castle which is the historical castle and palace complex of the Hungarian kings in Budapest, first completed in 1265. Day 7Budapest – Bratislava – Crete

After having morning breakfast we proceed to Slovakian capital of Bratislava. Transfer to airport and flight to the island of Crete. Upon arrival you can explore Heraklion town, the Old Venetian Harbour is still guarded by the Venetian fortress “Rocca Al Mare” (or “Koules” for the locals) that was built by the Venetians to protect the port against invasions. Day 8Crete – Knossos Palace – Crete

Breakfast and departure for Knossos. Knossos is the most famous and most important archeological discovery of a palace from Minoan period. This place was supposedly a reigning residence of the legendary king Minos. It was discovered by Minos Kalokairinos in 1878. Later during 1900 to 1931 Arthur Evans led excavations here and he managed to excavate the palace, large part on Minoan city and many graves. The Minoan palace Knossos lies 5km from the centre of Heraklion. It’s a must see site when visiting Crete.Overnight in Crete

Day 9Crete - Cretaquarium & Heraklion City Tour - Crete

Breakfast and visit the Cretaquarium to see the many species of the Mediterranean sea floor such as stingrays, jellyfish and even sharks. The next stop will be in the capital city Heraklion, where you can admire many other historical sites, visit Archaeological Museum which houses the largest collection of artefacts from Minoan civilisation. Day 10Crete - Agios Nikolaos – Ierapetra - Crissi Island – Crete

Breakfast and visit the most touristic city of Greece, Agios Nikolaos located on the northen Cretan coastline. Time at leisure and then continue to Ierapetra in order to catch the small ferry for the magnificcent Crissi. It’s an islet known for its exotic waters in all the shades of blue and green, the golden beaches -where it got its name from-, and the protected forest with the cedar trees, which are over 200 years old. Airline:
Airport reporting time is 3 hours prior to departure for international flights. Proceed directly to your airline check-in counter & do remember not to carry any sharp objects or any other liquid objects that may not pass security.

Food:
Food items should be declared on arrival. Pack the food items in clear plastic bags so as it is easily visible.
You Need to Carry you Swimming Costume & Towels for Hamam Bath.
 Please carry a photocopy of your passport & two passport size photographs in case of an emergency.
 Keep your passport, money & other valuables separate to your luggage, & even your & luggage; put everything in a pouch with a shoulder strap so you can access it easily.
