HOW IT WORKS

Submit your KYC documents Online or through email or courier, the hard copy of your documents and format registered office address along with 1st-month investment amount.
You will be allotted IIN(Investor Identification Number) which will be your account number to track your account during the tenure of investment.
The date of allocation of IIN will determine the payment slot for your tenure.
Contribute your investment amount for 11 months and holiday bank will pay bonus on your investment by contributing your 12th-month investment.
You will receive credit in your Holiday Bank Account.
The investor will be allowed to redeem the investment amount along with BONUS and SAVING BANK INTEREST on completion of your tenure.

PAYMENT

You can invest your investment by using any of the financial tools Net Banking, Online, Debit/Credit Cards, NEFT, RTGS, Cheque, Demand Drafts, ECS.

Purple Orchid is the legal name of the company and Holiday Turn is the business name of the Co. both names can be treated as one name / Co. & it can be utilized/Express this name as one Co.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The maturity amount can be utilized only on the land package.
Payment Slots: slot 1(1st to 10th of the month), slot 2(11th to 20th of the month), slot 3(21st to 30th of the month).
For the failure in payment for consecutive 2 months after the payment of 6th month, the benefit of 50% of the actual amount invested till the date of default without bonus and interest would be made available.
For the failure in payment for consecutive 2 months before the payment of 6th month, no benefit would be made available.
For every default, a charge of 5% would be deducted from your maturity amount.
