7. Original bank statements reflecting transactions of the last 6 months with a minimum balance of Rs 65,000 per traveller, duly attested and signed by a bank official

If the applicant is employed

1. A cover letter from both company and travel agency stating the purpose of travel and traveller details.

If the applicant has a Friend / Family in Malaysia

1. If you intend to stay with relatives or friends in Malaysia , invitation letter and ID proof of the invitee is mandatory.
2. If the invitee is not a citizen of Malaysia , copies of work visa, work permit and passport is mandatory.
